At the first meeting of my well child visit, I felt so comfortable with Dr. Hernandez! She was attentive, observant, quick, and considerate. I look forward to having my children build a relationship with her as their PCP.

What is the recommended schedule of well child visits by age?
What should I expect during a well-child visit?
During this visit, the health care professional will check the child’s growth and development. This may include birth history, necessary screenings, sleep and diet, social behaviors, and more. The provider will also record appropriate information such as the child’s weight and height. This visit will also allow opportunities for parents to ask questions for age-appropriate guidance.
