Lily Phan, FNP-C

Lily Phan, FNP-C received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2015 from Brenau University, where she also completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2018. She was inspired to become a Nurse Practitioner so she could promote health in the community she serves by providing care to patients in need.

Lily strives to build a long-term professional relationship with her patients and help guide them to live the most optimal life possible. She is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is bilingual in English and Vietnamese. In her free time, Lily enjoys crafting a variety of cuisines for her family and friends and expanding her cultural knowledge by traveling around the world.
