received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Brenau University in 2000, where she also completed her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2008 and Doctoral of Nursing in 2013. LaChaka has worked in the medical field for over 14 years and loves being able to help people — especially patients who are sick. She enjoys building a strong patient-provider relationship and listening to their concerns. LaChaka is Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and in her free time, enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending quality time with her family.
