Eagles Landing Family Pediatrics offers newborn care for your new little one and your growing family. With our highly trained staff, specialized skills, and advanced education, we provide expert care for infants to help with their growth and development.

Our team is equipped to address an array of issues and situations that may arise within the first several months of your new baby’s life. From routine newborn care like genetic testing and comprehensive well-child exams to and a hearing screening and other preventive services – we are here to keep your baby healthy. But we care for the mama’s too! During your newborn care visit, we will recommend effective techniques to care for your baby, help establish a daytime and nighttime routine that works for both you and your baby, and recommend a sleeping schedule to help your family sleep through the night. We’ll provide you the peace of mind you need so you can get a great night’s sleep, and of course, answer any questions you may have.

      What should I expect during a Newborn Care visit?

      During this visit, our Pediatrician will recommend effective techniques to care for your baby, which follows the latest recommendations provided by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the CDC. Your takeaways will include, reflux/GERD, establishing a feeding and sleep schedule, sleep training, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding and lactation, preemie, and essential baby gear.

      Does insurance cover Newborn Care visits?

      Most commercial health insurance plans cover Newborn Care visits, however, we always recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm before scheduling an appointment.
